Easily my new favorite coffee shop in the whole valley. Not only are the prices super fair but everything is delicious and fresh. They don't skimp on anything in my opinion. Really nice quiet ambience where everything is clean and well organized plus everyone is very nice. About to make a breakfast croissant sandwich and latte an every week staple.

Annie's Sweet Oven continues to impress. Apologies for not posting sooner. I honestly thought I did. This small business is a compete 10 star gem. Enjoy a great delicious variety of bake goods, sandwiches, and OMG awesome drinks. Super awesome for those on the go like me, but this place really deserves your attention to dine in. My favorites are.....everything. I'll post food and drink items on my next run. In the meantime, check out the awesome Halloween decor. The charm of this place is just amazing.

My husband and I were passing through on our way up to Yosemite and we stopped to grab a bite and some coffee and we were pleased with everything we ordered. The danishes are to die for and the staff was friendly with quick service! We also got one of the breakfast sandwiches which are huge!! This cute coffee shop is a great place to stop by if you are passing through and don't want fast food, there were decorations up for Halloween and lovely plants displayed. Definitely would recommend :)

Such a cute little spot for a quick bite. Very cozy vibe with friendly service and my sandwich was amazing!! The ingredients were so fresh, I can't wait to go back!

When you walk in, the aroma of fresh baked goods fills the air and welcomes you. The workers are super kind and will give you a free cookie during your first time! Mixed berry danish and banana Nutella are my favorites for sweets, and I absolutely love the chicken jalapeño for my savory cravings

This is the best coffee shop in Sylmar. Annie has a wide selection of coffee and smoothies. Her pastries, which she bakes fresh everyday, are phenomenal. Everything is good. My faves are the chicken jalapeño croissant, berry and peach danish, and my new fave, peach cobbler(very seasonal) . She has a wide variety of sweet pastries too! My family loves all of their pastries. Visit Annie and the girls, they are so friendly and sweet. If it is your first time, mention it and you get a free cookie of your choice (choco chip or oatmeal). Great ambience! Open from 7-2pm only.

My review is only based on customer service. I asked the community if the hours have been extended past 2pm and was given a response from Annie herself. Wow! It was very polite and the response was understandable. I've yet to come here but I can't wait. lol I think I'll have to put in a PTO request at work to try it. The menu looks so promising. :) 06/23/24

Cool place in a strange environment. The location while off the street is set back in a way it's a bit hard to see and the parking here is a little tight. The neighboring businesses consist of a dentist, liquor store and a taco joint. While the vibes along this place are cool the neighboring businesses sends off a weird vibe. That said the interior is nice and welcoming. I'd say their selection is nice and they have a nice selection of drinks. I kept it simple with a coffee and a ciabatta with egg and cheese. I will say the coffee was very good! In terms of the ciabatta I felt the bread lacked flavor and was a little flat with a consistency of a cracker. Also, while the egg was nicely proportioned I felt as a whole it lacked flavor. If I'm in the neighborhood I will give it another try.

Hidden Gem - Highly recommend you stop by! This place is located inside a little plaza right off the exit of the freeway of Yarnell. ( seriously you can't miss the sign - there's a cookie on it!) The service is excellent they take cash and card - I asked for a Vietnamese Coffee in a large with comes with 3 esp shots. It wasn't too sweet as opposed to other places - which convinced me to become a regular and try their other coffees. It's a big place with a lot of tables and a lot of other food options so if you have friends who don't drink coffee - they can get other drinks. It's a clean and cute cafe - the owner seems so sweet and kind.

Public parking lot :-) Food: - sandwich: had it w/ Turkey and jalapeños (don't sleep on the sourdough!! - you gotta ask) - the Turkey was really delicious and the bread had a nice toast on top with a chewy center! Pastries: - had the chocolate chip cookies and goodness gracious. Perfect combo of a crunchy outside and a chewy inside! Ambiance: a nice interior with pretty foliage! Service: - very friendly! They were very helpful in recommending Super solid spot. I will def come again and am excited to try the new pastries!
